Terms of Service

  • I am able to decline any commission requests.

  • Work will not start until payment is received.

  • Payment will be via Stripe or Paypal invoice in GBP and payment must be received in full before I start the commission.

  • For larger commissions (over £100), I accept split payments.

  • Payment plans for must be discussed with me before invoice is sent.

  • Refunds are only permitted before work on the commission has been started - No refunds otherwise.

  • Delivery time can vary heavily on my current workload: illustrations may take up to 2 weeks, models may take around 2-3 months.

  • If you have a deadline, please let me know before I start work.

  • If any delays occur, I will notify you.

  • I can publicly feature the art commission on social media, portfolios, etc.

  • Revisions for changes can be made during the sketching process (if I am designing the character, revisions are allowed until base colour is decided), any major changes made afterwards will be for an extra charge.

  • Commissions must be for personal use only unless stated otherwise.

  • The client must not edit, trace, distribute, modify, or claim/credit the commissioned artwork as their own.

  • Any posts with my art must be credited to me - @hanikomira.

By commissioning me you accept my Terms of Service,
if the Client fails to abide they will be blacklisted.

How to commission

Prices

I specialise in character drawing so my art will have a simple background unless a background is requested.
Prices are in GBP (£).

Also, please note that my art style is quite flexible. If you'd like a specific style (from examples provided), let me know when ordering your commission.
If you'd like to commission me for anything not listed, specific requests can be arranged when contacting me.

CHARACTER ILLUSTRATION

Prices (per character):portrait: £50
half body: £75+
full body: £100+
+ props come with a small extra chargecharacter design: £50
(This will also be charged if no finished character reference is provided)

CHARACTER DESIGN

Here are the options for reference sheets and if you’d like me to design your character or character outfits.
If I am designing your character, the price will include character design fee since it will take more work and time to create.

DOODLE SHEET

1 Full body + 1 Portrait - coloured sketches of your character. Prices are fixed.

CHARACTER SHEET

Character sheet made from a custom combination of fully illustrated whole body, half body or portrait shots of your character. The total price will depend on how much you want included.

CHIBI MODEL

Prices are for commercial use.
Live2D Model commissions will include artwork only.
You will get a PNG and PSD of the model cut and ready for rigging, but it will not include Live2D rigging.

VTUBER MODEL

Prices are for commercial use.
PNG models are now available. It will include two full illustrations with a neutral and talking/alternate expression. It will not need to be rigged.Live2D Model commissions will include artwork only.
You will get a PNG and PSD of the model cut and ready for rigging, but it will not include Live2D rigging.
