I am able to decline any commission requests.

Work will not start until payment is received.

Payment will be via Stripe or Paypal invoice in GBP and payment must be received in full before I start the commission.

For larger commissions (over £100), I accept split payments.

Payment plans for must be discussed with me before invoice is sent.

Refunds are only permitted before work on the commission has been started - No refunds otherwise.

Delivery time can vary heavily on my current workload: illustrations may take up to 2 weeks, models may take around 2-3 months.

If you have a deadline, please let me know before I start work.

If any delays occur, I will notify you.

I can publicly feature the art commission on social media, portfolios, etc.

Revisions for changes can be made during the sketching process (if I am designing the character, revisions are allowed until base colour is decided), any major changes made afterwards will be for an extra charge.

Commissions must be for personal use only unless stated otherwise.

The client must not edit, trace, distribute, modify, or claim/credit the commissioned artwork as their own.
